Alexander Annecke

Alexander Annecke is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background. He holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Human Resources Management from EUFH - Europäische Fachhochschule, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration from Hessische Berufsakademie, and additional qualifications in logistics and business management.

Alexander has a wealth of experience in the field of human resources and employer branding. He currently serves as the Manager Global Employer Branding at Vaillant Group, where he plays a key role in shaping the organization's employer brand strategy. Prior to this, he held the position of Manager Group HR Marketing & Sourcing at Vaillant Group, showcasing his expertise in HR marketing and talent sourcing.

Before his tenure at Vaillant Group, Alexander honed his skills in recruiting and HR development at LESCHACO Lexzau, Scharbau GmbH & Co. KG. He also gained valuable experience during his time as a Trainee at TCS Trans, where he developed a solid foundation in various aspects of business operations.

In addition to his HR roles, Alexander has a background in sales and photography. He has previously worked in sales at MF Fotografie and as a Photographer at Mariano Blanco Fotografia, demonstrating his versatility and adaptability across different industries.
