Carol Park is an accomplished business professional with a background in interactive program management, production, digital design, project management, and recruitment. Carol went on to work for several leading companies in the field, including R/Ga, Organic, Genentech, Um Worldwide, and Kadium. At Genentech, she served as a Business Partner, Group Manager, and Associate Group Manager, overseeing the delivery of agency and production services. Carol has extensive experience in building and managing cross-functional teams, executing marketing campaigns, coordinating logistics, and overseeing budgets. She is also adept in technical recruitment and talent acquisition, having worked as a Technical Recruiter at Otec. With her diverse skill set and leadership abilities, Carol is a valuable asset to any organization.
