Alex Rozek

Alex Rozek is a prominent business leader and investor with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, asset allocation, and business operations.12 He joined Dura Software's Board of Directors in February 2022.24 Rozek is also known for his roles in several other companies and organizations:

1. Co-Chairman and Co-CEO of Boston Omaha Corporation (NYSE) from February 2015 to May 2024.25

Rozek has a background in biology, graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.S. in Biology and a minor in Chemistry.4 He has been involved in deploying more than $460 million in capital on over 65 deals in various sectors, including advertising, insurance, broadband, banking, homebuilding, and real estate.1

In May 2024, Rozek left his position as Co-CEO and Co-Chair of Boston Omaha Corporation to pursue new entrepreneurial opportunities.5 However, he continues to serve as Boston Omaha's board designee at Sky Harbour Group Corporation.5
