Michael Persall

Michael Persall is the Managing Member of ABP Capital, a Certified Public Accountant with a rich background in construction, real estate, and finance. He oversees a diverse portfolio of real estate and loans covering various asset classes including industrial, retail, office, multi-family, single family, and agriculture. Persall holds a Bachelors of Accountancy from the University of San Diego and began his career with Ernst & Young, LLP before transitioning to the public works construction industry where he managed key functions such as estimating, surety, accounting, and finance. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for First National Bank of Southern California, which is fully owned by ABP Capital.
