Beyond his professional endeavors, Alex is known for his avid interest in automotive as an enthusiast who collects unique cars, enjoys driving on twisty roads, and follows F1 racing passionately.

In terms of education, Alex pursued Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Psychology from the University of California, Davis. Furthermore, he holds certificates in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace, as well as Inclusive and Ethical Leadership from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business.

Throughout his career, Alex has held key positions at reputable organizations including Lightning AI, where he currently serves as the VP of People & Operations. Previously, he founded ResumeRx, served as the Head of People & Operations at Lightning AI, and contributed his expertise as the Talent Development Lead at Datadog, Talent Acquisition Lead at Cockroach Labs, Talent Acquisition and Diversity & Inclusion Lead at Clarifai, and in Technical Recruiting at ConSol Partners.
