Alex Fanelli is an experienced Human Resources Manager who has built out scalable HR initiatives from the ground up. With a background in recruitment and account management, Fanelli's passion for talent has expanded into creating and enhancing company culture to drive business results. Alumni of the University of California, San Diego, Fanelli has worked in various positions in different industries, including Insight Global, the Bay Club Company, and Billabong before working at Empyr and Figg. At Empyr, Fanelli served as both Talent Acquisition Manager and Human Resources Manager, leading and developing recruitment and HR efforts. Fanelli's experience in building out HR programs and enhancing company culture has made her a valuable asset in any HR team.
