Nolan Yaws-Gonzalez

Nolan Yaws-Gonzalez is a dedicated business professional and adjunct faculty member at Washington State University Vancouver, where he has held multiple positions over the years. With a Master of Science from Miami University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of the Pacific, Nolan has been instrumental in providing students in the Carson College of Business with real-world experience through the Business Growth Mentor & Analysis Program (BGMAP). As the Senior Manager of BGMAP, Nolan has worked alongside faculty, staff, clients, and mentors to help students apply what they have learned to overcome real-world business challenges. His efforts and those of his students have helped over 280 small businesses and nonprofits grow and succeed, creating more than $16 million in revenue and over 70 full-time positions. Nolan's analytical skills, coupled with his relator and restorative strengths, have made him an excellent resource for clients, students and colleagues alike.
