Adele Wilson is a seasoned legal professional and businesswoman with a diverse background in the food and dairy industry. She holds an LLB (Hons) and BCA in Public Policy from Victoria University of Wellington and has completed an online Business Strategy and Financial Performance course at INSEAD. Wilson's most recent role was as the Export Director for Fonterra Brands New Zealand, where she played a vital role in the company's global growth strategy. Previously, she served as General Counsel Foodservice and Consumer at Fonterra, where she managed the legal operations of the world's leading dairy exporter's foodservice and consumer divisions. Wilson worked her way up the ranks from being a Senior Corporate Counsel at Fonterra Australia New Zealand to becoming its General Counsel for Asia Pacific Middle East Africa. Prior to working at Fonterra, Wilson served as an Associate at Russell McVeagh and as a Senior Associate, Project Finance (PFI) at Clifford Chance LLP.
