Abraham Salum

Abraham Salum is a highly regarded chef and restaurateur based in Dallas, Texas. He is the owner and executive chef of Salum Restaurant, which has been a staple in the Dallas dining scene for over 18 years. Known for its sophisticated cuisine, the restaurant attracts a diverse clientele from neighborhoods such as Turtle Creek, Highland Park, and Oak Lawn.124

Born and raised in Mexico City, Salum comes from a multicultural background with Lebanese, Italian, and Spanish heritage. In 1989, he moved to the United States to further his culinary education and career. Before opening his own restaurant, he served as the executive chef at Parigi, another well-known Dallas eatery.35
