Wayne Crawford is a chef and hospitality manager with over 15 years of international experience. He has managed top-class restaurants, world-class hotels, high-volume concessions, and multiple outlet venues. Mr. Crawford has a diverse background in food and beverage programs, menu and recipe development, food and beverage costing and controls, hiring, training, coaching, and vendor relations. He is also proficient in word, excel, and several POS systems. After graduating first in his class from the California Culinary Academy with an Associate's degree of Occupational Studies, Culinary Arts/Chef Training, Mr. Crawford received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology, General at Metropolitan State College of Denver.
