Meet Michael DeAloia - a seasoned business executive with over fifteen years of experience in partnering with organizations to develop business and economic growth initiatives. Michael has a particular focus on technology and has worked with several start-up and emerging growth companies in Northeast Ohio. He uses his extensive network to foster relationships that help companies move their initiatives forward, and his creative use of resources and talent achieves organizational goals.

Michael studied for an MBA in Finance at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a BSBA in Economics at Xavier University. Before joining Evergreen Podcasts as CEO, Michael took on several roles that helped him build a wealth of experience, including Co-Founder and CFO at BlueBridge Networks, LLC, Senior Executive for Technology Development at the City of Cleveland, Senior Director of Business Development at FIT Technologies, Regional Vice President at Expedient, Partner and Co-Founder at Emerging Chefs, and Business Development Director at SS&G Financial Services, among others.

Michael has also held several board positions, having previously been a Board Member at Ohio Venture Association, Inc., Anonymous Mobile Labs, and Metisentry. Currently, he uses his experience to mentor and advise emerging businesses as an Entrepreneur in Residence at StartUp Lakewood. Michael was also a 2nd LT at Ohio Military Reserve and a Freelance Columnist at Plain Dealer Publishing Co.

With a deep understanding of the culture and needs of high-growth companies, Michael continues to work towards making immediate and profitable change happen in organizations in Northeast Ohio.
