Howard's major accomplishments include effectively leading teams in Canada, United States, and China, capital raise, organic growth and M&A, and spearheading transformation and revitalization of under-performing marketing agency, among others. He has negotiated budget and investment opportunities for a Chinese company (Hebei Oriental Pearl Group) into Kansas, and he garnered an initial $10M investment to build a processing and manufacturing plant.
