Originally founded in 2013, NYC Cooking Club specializes in healthy, high-protein meal preparation and delivery in New York City. Each week our meals are prepared fresh at our industrial kitchen in Queens and delivered to our customer base in Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, and The Bronx.

•Every Thursday, our team goes to work in our kitchen in Astoria to prep the food ordered for delivery on Friday. 
•Managed the preparation, cooking, and packaging for the Egg, Proats, and Other Breakfast section of our menu. Collaborated on process improvement to ensure consistency, efficiency, and ease of training additional team members. 
•Directly trained other team members.
•Assisted with food prep, cooking, packaging, storage, delivery prep, and clean up for all other menu offerings.
•Ensured adherence to NYC health code standards and policies for our industrial kitchen space.

Equinix

Helping Hands is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving those most vulnerable to COVID-19: senior citizens, the immunocompromised, and people with pre-existing medical conditions which put them at additional risk.

Our community volunteers deliver groceries, medicine, and other necessary supplies to empower everyone to stay healthy and be as responsible as they can be.

Founded by a diverse group of volunteers - including both veterans of Uber, Facebook, and Google and students beginning their careers - Helping Hands is built and operated by a team of over 100 volunteers around the world with backgrounds in engineering, design, operations, marketing, and policy. We have experience building solutions for scale, and we're using that knowledge to help communities shelter in place while still getting what they need to remain comfortable.

The more we stay home, the slower the virus will spread. This gives our medical professionals and the healthcare system precious time to ready the resources we need to treat the ill - time that can literally be the difference between life and death.

Bringing supplies and comfort to our most vulnerable community members protects them from infection, supports our healthcare professionals on the front lines of this fight, and lets our entire community stay safer, together.

•Implemented Talent Acquisition efforts that fueled GitHub's 4x growth from 250 to 1,000+ employees.

The team executed on new job set up in the ATS, interview scheduling, travel arrangements, candidate expenses, point of contact during onsite interviews, running background checks, offer letter generation, and setting up new hires.

•Provided strategic HR business partnership for the APS corporate services team (Legal, Finance, IT, PR, and Recruiting) along with the DRIVEpm and Franchise Gator business units/sales organizations.
•Provided HR leadership for business unit expansion into the United Kingdom, Australia, South America, and Canada with a focus on recruiting and immigration. Included the resolution of complex issues around contract employment and the ability to work in various countries.
