Juan Carlos Bugallo Taibo is a seasoned business and ecosystem builder, knowmad, and connector of initiatives and people. He has a passion for creating alliances and projects related to learning, employability, talent development, open innovation, entrepreneurship, business development, RSC, and sports. Juan Carlos boasts experience in companies, foundations, and universities, having created and managed the Universidad de A Coruña FOUNDATION and managed over 60 workers for 17 years, among others. He has a background in Economic Strategy and Management of Non-Profit Organizations and in Economic and Business Sciences from the University of A Coruña. Juan Carlos provides mentorship and support to startups, having acted as a tech angel, venture capitalist, as well as a partner and senior advisor at multiple organizations. He is also a former Evaluator SME Instrument at the European Commission, and Founder & CEO of Talentiers, S.L. Juan Carlos is passionate about creating projects with a sense and purpose where he can add value. He is also fluent in English, holding a C1 (Advanced) certification.
