Iryna, also known as Irene, Irini, Arena, or "can you repeat please?!", is an accomplished full-cycle sales representative with a passion for crafting hyper-personalized emails that get responses. She currently works at lemlist, a company that has managed to go from 0 to $8 million in three years without any funding and has 20k+ customers worldwide.

Iryna has an academic background in business, having studied for her Bachelor's degree in International Business at Kyiv National Economic University and her Master's degree in International Trade and Marketing at the same university. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from UCLan Cyprus.

She has a wide range of experience across different organizations, having worked as a former Business Development Officer at Block.co, Marketing Assistant at Block.co, Senior Business Developer at CO2 Wellness & Beauty Center, and as an Intern for Ukrainian Business Angels Network at UANGEL, among other roles.
