Sean Xu is a highly experienced early-stage investor, product launcher, and growth hacker who has helped numerous startups go-to-market across Asia, Europe, and Latin America. With an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Finance from The Wharton School and an MA in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, Sean is a seasoned investor and entrepreneur with a strong track record of success. He has also studied as a Visiting Scholar at both Stanford Graduate School of Business and the University of Cambridge.

Sean is currently a Partner at On Deck and has previously held roles at Floodgate, Dorm Room Fund, and Bessemer Venture Partners. In addition to his experience in investing, Sean has also held leadership roles in international expansion at both Square and Vungle, further broadening his expertise in scaling companies globally.

Beyond his professional expertise, Sean is passionate about collaborating with social entrepreneurs and exploring policy issues. He enjoys traveling and building new relationships with interesting people, making him a well-rounded and valuable asset to any team.
