Keith Maddox is a seasoned entrepreneur with a track record of success in building and leading technology companies in various industries. He is the current President and CFO of J.A. Lee Companies, a prominent provider of wireless infrastructure and electrical contracting solutions in the New York tri-state area.

Before his current role, Maddox was the CEO and co-owner of Parentgiving, an e-commerce and internet retail company that specializes in selling home care and medical supplies for the elderly. He has also founded and served as CEO of SiteAcuity, a leading provider of analytics and customer interaction software for internet marketers.

Maddox is known for his leadership skills, business development expertise, and ability to build successful startup companies. He founded and served as CEO of Infinite Conferencing, a leading provider of phone and web conferencing services for business, which was later acquired by Onstream Media (NASDAQ: ONSM).

Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Maddox worked as a Senior Consultant for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and was VP of Sales & Marketing at ICG NikoNET, a leading provider of tele/data communication services.

Maddox earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Georgia Institute of Technology - Georgia Tech College of Management and a certification in Entrepreneurial Masters from MIT.
