Kaci Kelly

Kaci Kelly is the Regional Engagement Program Director at the Meruelo Family Center for Career Development at the University of Notre Dame. The Center aims to prepare students for career readiness through specialized programs and partnerships, guiding them towards meaningful careers that make a positive impact.

Working with a team of 30 staff members in various departments, Kaci oversees the Regional Engagement Team which focuses on expanding student placement opportunities into top internships and full-time positions by building strong connections with recruiters, industry professionals, and alumni.

Kaci Kelly has a diverse educational background, including a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Project Management from California State University San Marcos, and a Master of Arts and Master of Applied Mathematics in Management from the University of Redlands.

With previous experience as a Talent and Employer Relations Specialist at the University of Notre Dame, as well as roles in Northrop Grumman Corporation and Allen & O'Hara Development, Kaci brings a wealth of expertise in building relationships, managing logistics, and driving results in the professional realm.
