Jess Lee is an accomplished entrepreneur and partner at Sequoia Capital, one of Silicon Valley's most influential venture capital firms. She is best known for co-founding Polyvore, an e-commerce and social platform that enables users to create and share clothing collages, which was acquired by Yahoo! in 2015. Jess has a passion for designing products that delight users and building teams and cultures that foster innovation and excellence. During her time at Polyvore, the company was rated one of the top 20 workplaces in tech. Jess is also a co-founder of All Raise, a non-profit organization dedicated to increasing the representation of women in the tech industry. Prior to Polyvore, Jess worked at Yahoo! and Google in various product management and engineering roles. She holds a BS in Computer Science from Stanford University and studied at the Hong Kong International School.
