Michael Fossi is a professional with a diverse background, having experience in various roles in sales, account management, process management, people management, and talent identification and retention.

His passion lies in improving the hiring process to benefit both candidates and employers, leveraging software to find top-notch candidates and enhance key hiring metrics like quality hires, reduced sourcing time, cultural fit, and cost savings.

Michael's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society with a minor in Physical Fitness from UC Santa Barbara, as well as P.O.S.T Basic in Law Enforcement from Santa Rosa Junior College Public Safety Training Center.

He has held roles in reputable organizations such as Upwork, Revenue Collective, re:purpose, OfferZen, Arc.dev, Rainmakers, MitchelLake Group, Vettery (now Hired), LinkedIn, Mindjet, Salesforce.com, The Bay Club Company, U.S. House of Representatives, Citrix Online, and the City of Santa Rosa.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys exploring the Bay Area, engaging in activities like wine tasting in Sonoma, attending Giants games, trying out new restaurants, and running along the scenic Embarcadero. He is also a dedicated competitive boxer and Muay-Thai fighter for over a decade and supports volunteer organizations, notably the Wounded Warrior Project.
