Dinesh Dhume

Dinesh Dhume is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in Corporate Advisory and Investment Banking, particularly in the GCC region.

Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Finance at Yazi Capital in Bahrain, Dinesh also holds the position of Chairman at Tranzlease Holdings India Pvt Ltd, a Corporate Car Leasing Company that he co-founded.

With an extensive track record, Dinesh has worked in various key roles at renowned organizations such as Capital Partners, Unicorn Investment Bank, and Adeem Investment Company, handling mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity raising, financial restructuring, and entry strategies for clients across the Middle East, India, Europe, North Africa, and the US.

Dinesh's specialties include Mergers & Acquisitions, Transaction Services (Valuations, Due Diligence), Private Equity, Financial Restructuring, and Corporate Finance.

In terms of education, Dinesh pursued Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai, B Com in Commerce from R A Podar College, and Chartered Accountant studies.
