Qianru Xiao is a highly accomplished and driven professional, with a wealth of experience in economics, investment banking, and consulting. She earned her Master's degree in Economics from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics and her Bachelor's degree in International Marketing from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics. Additionally, she has studied Northwestern University 101: Leading with Analytics at Kellogg Executive Education.

Qianru is currently working as a Consultant at Accenture, where she is responsible for utilizing her analytical skills and expertise in the financial industry to help clients make informed business decisions. Prior to this role, she worked as a Strategy & Consulting Analyst at Accenture, an Investment Intern at Fosun 复星, an Investment Banking Intern at Industrial Securities Co.,Ltd., and a Consulting Project Intern at Accenture.
