She is currently a Senior Talent Sourcer/Recruiter at Microsoft, focusing on sourcing Cleared IT Professionals with active security clearances. She is an expert in modern workplace solutions, including Cloud, Azure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, ExchangeMessaging, Skype for Business, Teams, ModernApps, and DevOps.

Greta is an AIRS Certified Sr Sourcing Strategist and a proven leader in delivering highly qualified candidates via cost-effective and creative sourcing strategies. She is passionate about finding "purple squirrels" and "unicorns" through cold calling and exploratory conversations. She loves training and developing great sourcers and is actively involved with Women Who Code, Code Academy, Code.org, BlackGirlsCode, Women in Technology (WIT), and Big Data (Cloud Computing) communities.

Greta is a fan of sports, especially football, with Russell Wilson being her favorite quarterback, and JJ Watt her favorite defensive player. When not recruiting, she enjoys live music and great Mexican food, which is plentiful in her hometown.

Greta has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Information Systems from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
