He has helped several leading companies and CEOs across the broad FinTech ecosystem raise private equity and debt capital, execute IPOs, and conduct M&A transactions. McLaughlin's expertise lies in banking, P2P/Alt lending, payments, mobile, loyalty, securities/wealth management and capital markets, healthcare IT, insurance/InsurTech, benefits, FinSrvcs BPO, financial management solutions (FMS), governance, risk & compliance (GRC), SaaS, blockchain/crypto, and more.
