Senior Vice President Business Development / Chief Financial Officer

Developed and implemented plan to provide Y2K services for current clients utilizing 3rd party software programs. Business earned $5 million dollars in first year. Interviewed by U.S. Commerce Department/PBS to discuss Y2K issues. Led staff of 100 with a budget of $15 million. 

Led commodity trading software group including sales, systems integration and software development. Aggressively managed contract compliance issues; developed new software development strategy and drove new sales totaling $20 million driving business to profitability

Managed financial activities for $800 million systems integration and IT outsourcing business. Integrated SHL Systemhouse into MCI following acquisition. Led global financial reporting and planning activities. Completed/negotiated acquisition of data centers. Negotiated JV agreement with South Korea partner.
