Nisha Dua, a former M&A lawyer and management consultant at Bain, has made a name for herself in the tech world, co-founding BBG Ventures, an early-stage venture fund that invests in female-founded tech companies. Before that, she worked at AOL, where she ran strategy and operations for the AOL Brand Group, while also running AOL's millennial celebrity gossip site as a side hustle. She founded BUILT BY GIRLS in 2015, which seeks to make professionals in tech accessible to girls all across the country. Dua has a Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Laws, Finance from the University of New South Wales and studied Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law at NYU's Leonard N. Stern School of Business. In addition to her professional work, Dua is a black belt in karate and a favorite aunt.
