Zak Kukoff
Zak Kukoff is a Principal at General Catalyst, a venture capital firm focusing on early-stage investments in technology companies. Zak's foray into entrepreneurship began in high school when he founded an ed-tech startup which brought him learnings on the importance of perseverance, resiliency, and having good investors. He later joined the Dorm Room Fund at NYU where he learned about Rough Draft Ventures, General Catalyst's student founder program. After a stint in operations at a logistics company, Zak made the transition to venture capital and now partners with founders in the earliest stages of building their companies. In his spare time, Zak loves reading and exploring new dining experiences. He is also passionate about education, having founded a non-profit that teaches neurotypical students how to support their peers on the autism spectrum.
