Michael Lai, a Harvard graduate in Government, is on a mission to create a future where every child has equal opportunities to succeed, regardless of their backgrounds. With extensive experience working in education, Michael is a passionate advocate for improving early childhood development, as he believes that 90% of a child's brain volume develops by the age of five. Michael's previous roles include being a founding team member at Promise Venture Studio, Regional Director at Minerva Project, and Strategy at the Civic Innovation Team at Google. Currently, Michael is the Founder and CEO of Tinycare, where he is building a scalable new model for daycare that aims to set children up with a strong and loving foundation for life while fairly valuing care work.
