He earned a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Science degree in Visual Communication Design from Kent State University. With his outstanding leadership skills, he has been able to inspire and empower design teams and create scalable design systems. Josh has a knack for empathizing with the user's needs and always asking questions to distill complex information. He has worked for renowned companies like Yahoo! Inc. in roles such as Senior Designer, Art Director, and Co-Founder & Creative Director at Recess Design, LLC. Currently, he serves as the Head of Digital Design at Dollar Shave Club.
