Kenneth Trobaugh is a seasoned real estate service professional with extensive experience in the corporate real estate sales and business development sectors of the industry. Trobaugh's accomplished career includes serving as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at JLL, Director for Sales & Business Development Group (Infinite) at Megaworld Corporation, and Real Estate Broker at Ayala Land Premier.

Trobaugh's ambitious educational history includes an Executive Program - Fellowship in Innovation and Design Thinking from the Asian Institute of Management, an Executive Diploma in Real Estate Management from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, De La Salle University pursuing MBA, and business lessons in management from Harvard Business School Online. Trobaugh's Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Bicol University provides a superior foundation of theoretical knowledge, all of which culminates to make him the most accomplished professional in the field.

In 2013, he passed the board examinations for real estate broker and real estate appraiser, which led to a blossoming corporate real estate career. Continuously performing well, Trobaugh secured recognition and awards including Top Producer of his Group for the year 2015 and Corporate Image Awardee in the same year while selling the most expensive real estate products in the country. At Megaworld Group, he led a team of sellers selling the most luxurious and ambitious project of Megaworld Corporation.

Trobaugh is an esteemed alumnus of the Urban Land Institute Mentorship Program, a nationwide search for the young entrepreneurs with a promising future in the real estate industry. He was handpicked and mentored by the Country Head of JLL Philippines. Recently, he completed intensive training with the Philippine Center for Real Estate Studies and passed the rigorous written and oral board examination for Real Estate Consultants – the highest credential for a real estate practitioner in the Philippines.

Trobaugh is taking his MBA at De La Salle University-Manila and completing modules for his Executive Diploma in Real Estate Management from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, Manila. .
