Meet Britt F. Gage, an accomplished operations leader with a diverse career background. With a degree in Music Business and Economics from Northeastern University, Britt started her career in the music industry before switching gears to work across a range of industries. With a passion for creating and optimizing systems in dynamic startup environments, Britt currently holds the role of Chief Operating Officer at ZZ Driggs, a design startup revolutionizing home and office furnishings.

Britt's expertise in operations and project management has seen her holding key roles in various organizations. While at Uplift, she served as the Vice President of Operations and Strategy where she was responsible for leading a team that focused on market growth and customer engagement. Britt was also the Manager of Talent and Community at Scratch Music Group, where she oversaw recruitment, development and retention of the firm's talent.

Britt has also held a leadership position at MealPal as a Project Manager, People and Growth Operations. In this role, she drove employee engagement and helped to create a culture of learning while also overseeing recruiting, HR compliance, and key people operations.

Britt is a General Assembly alumna where she studied Project Management. Her well-rounded experience spanning various industries and organizations is a testament to her expertise in creating and executing strategies for startups. With a focus on optimizing ambiguous environments, Britt has positioned herself as a key player in the operations space.
