Markus Eichel

Markus Eichel is a highly accomplished expert in the field of systemische Organisations- & Personalentwicklung. With a Diplom in Psychology and a background studying Humanmedizin at Justus-Liebig-Universität Giessen, Eichel has gained extensive knowledge and experience in various areas of leadership development, team building, coaching, and organizational interventions.

Eichel has worked in numerous organizations such as Lufthansa, Stiftung Mayday, and HR STRATEGEN, where he serves as the Managing Director. As a Visual Facilitator & Graphic Recorder at FACILITATION SPACE, he used his excellent communication and design skills to facilitate dynamic and fruitful discussions in various organizations.

Eichel has also served as a lecturer at Justus-Liebig-Universität Giessen, where he shares his expertise in Psychology with students. He has a wealth of experience in Leadership Coaching Coordination and Transformation at Lufthansa, where he was responsible for Leadership Excellence & Transformation programs for the Lufthansa School of Business.
