Janet Crawford is the CEO and Founder of Cascadance, Inc., a leadership and organizational development firm based in the San Francisco Bay Area. With over 20 years of experience, she specializes in helping executives build "brain-friendly" organizations by integrating insights from neuroscience and psychological science into leadership development and corporate culture transformation.
