Jed Cipriano

Jed Cipriano is a highly-dedicated and driven leader with an extensive background in project management, team building, and client relationships. He boasts years of experience in various roles, including General Manager, Customer Success Consultant, and Operations Director, among others, from companies such as ReferralCandy, TradeGecko Pte. Ltd., and FMSLY. He has a degree in Communication from De La Salle University and has built and maintained excellent relationships with tech giants that contributed to his previous company's annual revenue of at least $1M. Jed specializes in quality assurance, training development, root cause analysis, process improvement, coaching, leadership development, and performance management, among others. Outside of work, he spends his time with his wife and three adorable children.
