Hugo de Heer

Hugo de Heer is an experienced change manager with a background in technology, ICT, and customer service. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Development of Information Processes from Haagse Hogeschool/TH Rijswijk. Hugo has held several management positions and executive roles in KPN, a leading Dutch telecommunications company. He was Vice President Integrated Design & Delivery, Manager Mobile Innovation, Manager Security & Improvements, and Manager Improvement & Performance, among others. He also worked as an Executive Management Consultant and a Product Market Manager. Currently, Hugo is the Manager Informatievoorziening at N.V. Juva. He is characterized as a driven manager and committed person who can master any subject or technique in a short time. He is a team player who coaches and inspires, with a good sense of humor and high objectivity. Hugo is a good communicator, and he is always willing to meet and have a cup of coffee with anyone interested in his work.
