Meghan Rand is a versatile HR professional with a passion for photography, cultural anthropology, and design. Meghan earned her Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Virginia, where she honed her research, analysis, and communication skills. She also studied at Kenyon College, where she developed a strong interest in the intersections of art, culture, and technology. Before joining Adobe, Meghan worked as a Photography Consultant for Bella Pictures, a Creative Associate for Erickson Productions, Inc., and a Human Resources Representative for Fair Trade USA.

Meghan is a former Co-Producer at Open Show, where she organized live events featuring emerging photographic talents and facilitated discussions on art, storytelling, and social justice. She is also a former Administrative Assistant for The California Endowment, where she supported the organization's mission to enhance access to healthcare and social services for underserved communities.
