Part of the founding team to launch IDEXX newest product Vello ( March 2024). Vello is a software solution that seamlessly connects veterinary practices and their clients (pet parents) through modern, digital tools. Vello enables veterinary practices using IDEXX practice management software to communicate efficiently with pet owners in a single, easy-to-use system. With software-supported engagement across the life stages of a pet, pet owners become informed partners in care—supporting better health outcomes.

Role includes: 
- Managing the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution.
- Develop, define, and execute product strategies and roadmaps, including business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for product initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and design, to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Define and analyse metrics to guide product development and ensure effectiveness and ROI.

A sister company to PGi where I dedicated set weekly hours to launch the new partnership offering cloud based data analytics, visualizations and blending tools to the New Zealand market. 

Responsible for pipeline management and fostering existing networks to rapidly grow a new client base for Tableau and Altryex product suites. Evaluated, executed, and managed additional strategic partnerships working cross functionality with internal teams towards this shared goal.

Managed a team of Business Development Reps to build their sales pipeline and get meetings with C level. Responsible for closing and the renewal of SaaS contracts.

Responsible for identifying and executing channel and partnership programs in the New Zealand market. Actively contributed to the wider sales strategy for these by collaborating with sales operations, product and marketing teams.

I helped develop the go-to-market strategy for PGi's new webcasting tool, iMeetLive. I was the first in Asia Pacific to secure new business in the year of launch (2016).

Promoted from Business Development Rep to Account Executive within 6 months and then onto Client & Channel Manager for NZ and AU.
