Throughout my career at Grammarly I have been responsible for projects that include: 

- Grammarly's privacy product vision, strategy, and roadmap. 

- Developed strategy, requirements and managed team to build data training control and infrastructure, which gives users control over whether their data is used for AI model training. 

- Developed strategy, requirements and managed team to build Consent Management Platform, which gives users control over whether their data is collected and retained for personalization features. 

- Manage data subject access request feature.

- Built messaging and managed the design and engineering of Grammarly’s Trust Center, in collaboration with XFN partners (inc Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Comms/PR, CISO, Legal and Policy).

- Developed Grammarly’s data collection, use and retention principles and framework in partnership with the CEO and executive team.

- Introduced and defined Grammarly’s bi-annual User Trust research study.

- Act as the cross functional contact point for incidents, communications and questions as they relate to privacy and data.

Early stage B2B SaaS fintech, building the Engage messaging platform for bankers to build 1-to-1 human relationships with customers and transform how community banks and credit unions deliver advice and service.

I managed the pilot version of the software, built and validated hypotheses and worked with our customers on their business implementation and readiness for Engage.

Early stage B2B SaaS start-up, building software for teams to manage, visualise and inspect drone, geospatial and surveying data.

I managed the development of our data visualisation product. My duties and responsibilities included:
- managing the strategic vision, direction and roadmap of our product
- leading global customer usability study and feedback strategy
- supporting product launch
- UX and UI design, prototyping and testing
- product data analysis
- stakeholder management

I was a senior lawyer with unique experience in both non-contentious and contentious commercial matters, in Australia and across the APAC region.

I managed a practice which was focused on the technology, start-up and financial services sectors. 

I managed and advised on complex strategic matters, in areas such as: 
- litigation
- commercial contracts
- M&A
- product
- marketing
- employment law. 

From a regulatory perspective I advised on privacy and data protection issues and managed regulatory investigations.
