Ricky Yean is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, and advisor with a passion for building innovative startups. He is the Co-Founder and CEO of Flow Club, a platform that helps remote teams work productively, and has worked as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at StartX, an early-stage startup accelerator. Ricky's expertise lies in building and scaling successful startups, having founded Crowdbooster, a social media optimization platform, and Upbeat, a music technology startup. He has also worked as an advisor to Tawkify, Onerent, and Notorious.

Ricky is a Y Combinator alum (S10) and serves on the board of BASES. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Stanford University where he was very active in the startup community. In addition to his work in the tech industry, Ricky is a talented writer and performs stand-up comedy. He is also an avid basketball player.
