Anuradha RV

Anuradha Rv is a co-founder of Clarus Law Associates, established in 2007, where she spearheads the International Trade and Investment Law and Policy practice. She provides advisory services to the Indian Government and private sector on matters involving the WTO, Free Trade Agreements, and International Investment Agreements, including dispute resolution under these agreements.

In addition to her role at Clarus Law, Anuradha Rv serves as an external consultant for the Centre for WTO Studies-IIFT, the Commonwealth Secretariat, and the Indian Council for International Economic Relations (ICRIER), conducting policy analysis. She is actively engaged in teaching international trade law and policy at training sessions and capacity building programs for government officials, collaborating with institutions like the Centre for WTO Studies-IIFT and various law schools in India. Anuradha Rv is also a prolific writer on trade and investment-related topics.

An accomplished professional, Anuradha Rv has received accolades for her work, being recognized as a leading practitioner by Chambers and Partners and the International Who's Who of Trade and Customs Lawyers. She is actively involved in key committees such as the International Law Association's Committee on Sustainable Development and Green Economy and the Asia WTO Research Network, focusing on WTO law and policy in the Asian region.

Prior to founding Clarus Law Associates, Anuradha Rv held the position of partner in the Trade and Policy practice at Amarchand Mangaldas. She holds a B.A. LLb (Hons.) degree from the National Law School of India University, along with advanced degrees in international economic law and law and development from the University of London and the New York University School of Law respectively.
