Amy Porges

Amy Porges is a trade law expert, founder, and advocate with a wide range of experience in the field. Having served in the Office of the US Trade Representative and as a GATT Secretariat lawyer, she is well-versed in U.S. government policy development, regulatory processes, and WTO law. Amy is the principal at Porges Trade Law PLLC where she helps companies, trade associations, governments, and stakeholders navigate trade and investment rules in their favor. She advises and advocates on all aspects of trade policy and negotiations, with a strong interest in digital content, internet and technology industries. Additionally, she is an Adjunct Lecturer at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a member of the Roster of External Counsel, Advisory Centre for WTO Law, in Geneva.
