• Partnered with senior leaders to develop Environmental, Social, and Governance ("ESG") and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion ("DEI") policies, tools, and procedures, staying at the forefront of evolving industry practices and client priorities.
• Spearheaded the successful completion of ESG and DEI client requests, ensuring timely responses.
• Worked with an external consultant and collaborated with internal teams to prepare and submit the first UN PRI report for the company.

McDonough Innovation is a consulting and product development company focused on helping companies implement Cradle to Cradle® and circular economy principles developed by William McDonough. Through McDonough Innovation, William McDonough and the team provide targeted ideas, product concepts, and solutions to a wide range of sustainable growth issues faced by governments, companies, and NGOs.

Worked at MBDC (sister company of McDonough Innovation) between April'21 - August'21. Founded in 1995 by architect William McDonough and chemist Dr. Michael Braungart, MBDC (McDonough Braungart Design Chemistry) has been advocating for endlessly resourceful, Cradle to Cradle Design™ inspired approaches, working with companies to intentionally design products that eliminate the concept of waste, encourage circular economy through material reutilization, use clean energy, value clean water and celebrate diversity.

MBDC collaborates with sister companies William McDonough + Partners and McDonough Innovation to provide clients with holistic solutions — including design, product and material procurement, and high-level advising.

Responsible for the success of the Advisory Services product, managing projects from initiation to execution, scheduling, budgeting, and overall project management to help advance clients sustainability initiatives while adding value to the membership experience and bringing revenue.

Worked closely with the CEO and diverse stakeholders to launch the first-ever Sustainable Brands Collaboratory - #BrandsforGood Movement. The initiative partners have three initial commitments to be a force for growth and a force for good: 
1) Embed environmental and social purpose into the heart of its brand promise, products, and experiences; 
2) Use marketing, communications, and brand influence to make sustainable living accessible, aspirational, and rewarding; and 
3) Work together to transform the field of marketing to shift behaviors and drive positive impact with people, communities, and the planet we share.

Led membership content and sustainability research development, helping companies amplify their sustainability stories in the online platform and curating member meeting content around Sustainable Design Innovation, Transformational Leadership, New Metrics, and Shifting Stakeholder Demand and Behavior.

Responsible for finding disruptive startups for SBIO, helping startups with their submissions to competition, managing the judging process and presenting startups on stage in SB'14 San Diego.

Conducted Sustainability Report Assurance projects for companies in various industries, assisting clients in their efforts to identify, measure, and appropriately manage their business, and reporting risks as they transition their organizations to respond to changing environmental regulations and new trends in sustainability management and reporting. This includes conducting research to set boundaries for the companies, interviewing stakeholders to conduct materiality analysis, and analyzing the expenditures and revenue to prepare their sustainability budget. 

Helped various companies to prepare their sustainability reports using various frameworks including Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI), Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), and Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP). She is a GRI Certified professional based on G4 Reporting Guidelines.
