•	As member of small team of OPPD and contract personnel, developed joint comprehensive risk process for >$500M nuclear deconstruction and decommissioning project. Team deliverable was fully quantified program risk register
•	Based on an initial management outline, developed and implemented a Risk Management program for >$1B Decommissioning per the PMI framework to both coordinate and comply with District ERM policies and align with both ISO 31000 and COSO theories and methodologies
•	Identified, analyzed, and managed response to complex and unique risks with potentially significant impacts to the strategic objectives of the Site, Business Unit, and District
•	During my tenure, the risk program received noteworthy praise from Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited and consistent positive recognition during quarterly assessments by the Decommissioning Oversight Committee
•	Nurtured a risk-aware culture and encouraged the integration of risk into day-to-day activities through:
o	Weekly reports to Senior Leadership 
o	Monthly risk health audits
o	Regular risk identification workshops 
o	Development and delivery of risk management training to both Site and District personnel
o	Development and maintenance of procedures governing controls processes and requirements
•	As part of a small team: selected, designed, and conducted self-assessments on internal controls implementation and effectiveness, including risk management performance, established reporting metrics, processes, and project controls to effectively track status of ongoing programs
