- Envision the plan, Build the plan, Work the plan, and Complete the plan" --As the Engineering Advanced Technology & Innovations Lead Architect for Molex Connected Mobility Solutions division, I use my 30+ years of technology and wide range of industry experiences to be  responsible for a team that is working to drive, develop, implement, and set Molex's CMS development roadmap for existing and new innovated H/W, S/W and process based solutions that will primarily be used by the OEM's and Agricultural manufactures in current production and ADAS/AD capable vehicles. These innovative technologies include network communications, Sensor Fusion, HP-GNSS, IVN (in-vehicle Network) ECU artificial intelligence based processing, machine-learning, and S/W simulation and validation services. As a global lead industry technologist, I also actively work with communication standards bodies like IEEE 802.3, 802.1 TSN/Security working groups, MIPI Alliance, Automotive Serdes Alliance (ASA), AVNu, and others to  develop S/W and H/W based standards that solve and improve IVN OEM issues.I am also a SME technologist contributing to the evaluation of Automotive and Transportation industry companies that Koch and Molex may invest in or acquire.I have given, and have published, many technical presentations to these Advanced Technology subjects in large industry forums such as the Automotive Ethernet Congress (AEC) and IEEE IP Tech conferences.

Autonomous Vehicle Design Architect Lead: Responsible as the team lead Ethernet architect for IVN communications design, development, implementation for the Level3-5 “Cruise” A110 Track 1-3, SAE L3+ rated “Super & Ultra Cruise” Autonomous Vehicle (AV), and Global B programs.
