Throughout his career, Leon has held key positions in renowned organizations. He served as the Head Of Manufacturing at Assembly OSM, and previously held vital roles at SpaceX as the Senior Manager and Deputy Director of Avionics Production. His tenure at SpaceX also included roles such as Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering and Build Engineering Manager within the avionics division.

Prior to his time at SpaceX, Leon contributed his expertise at ZPower as the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Senior Process Engineer. He also held significant positions at The Drake Institute as the Director of Technology, at Quallion as a Process Engineer, and started his career as a Graduate Engineer at Rolls-Royce.
