My practice encompasses antitrust compliance, counseling, and government investigations. I am also to counsel higher education institutions. As part of my compliance practice, I regularly conducts comprehensive antitrust compliance audits for a diverse spectrum of clients. My counseling practice focuses on analyzing mergers and acquisitions and representing clients in the merger review process. I also support clients on joint ventures and price discrimination issues. In addition, I represent clients in federal and state antitrust investigations.

I counsel higher education clients on a number of issues ranging from data privacy, free expression on campus, general legal compliance, immigration, and risk management.

At BCLP, I am the Co-Leader of the Higher Education Team. I have served in the role as the chair of the Thought Leadership Strategic Plan Initiative. I have also recently completed my tenures as chair of the Bryan Cave Recruiting Committee and as co-chair of Bryan Cave's Lawyers of Color Affinity Group.

I volunteer my time by serving on several nonprofit boards that provide critical services in the community such as Chair of the International Institute Board of Directors and as a member of the Mid-America Transplant Governance Board. I also served on the St. Louis City-County Governance Task Force that is examined how, among other aspects, government services can be more equitably accessed, and delivered, in our region. This work has led to a robust discussion on the future of regional governance.

I also am passionate about improving diversity and inclusion in the legal profession and beyond through my work for the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity, the Regional Business Council, and the St. Louis Mosaic Project. In addition, I focus my pro bono legal efforts on refugee and asylum matters.
