Jim Clark

Jim Clark is a passionate advocate for victims of crime, dedicated to ensuring fair and respectful treatment within our society, especially concerning law enforcement and the court system. With a strong commitment to providing legal assistance to underserved populations, Jim works to help victims rebuild their lives after experiencing the devastation of crime.

Jim's educational background includes a HS diploma from Pascack Hills High School in Montvale, NJ, a Juris Doctor (JD) with focuses on Criminal Law and Contracts from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Yale University.

Throughout his career, Jim Clark has held various significant positions. He founded and later retired from the Victim Rights Center of Connecticut, Inc., where he also served as the Executive Director and attorney. Previously, he worked as a Professor of Criminal Law at the Judge Advocate General's Legal Center & School, a Senior Assistant State's Attorney at the New Haven States Attorney's Office, and as an Attorney at his own practice. He also had experience as an Owner-restorer at The Bindery: Rare Book Restoration.
