Kushagra Gupta

Kushagra Gupta is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in brand management and marketing communications.

He holds a PGDM in Strategic Brand Management from MICA and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana.

Currently, Kushagra Gupta serves as the Director - Chief of Staff & Strategic Ops at OYO, where he plays a key role in overseeing strategic operations.

Prior to his current role, he held various positions at OYO, including Program Management & Marketing Communications for Offline Sales in India & South Asia and Head of Marketing Communications for Micromarkets.

Before his tenure at OYO, Kushagra worked as a Brand Manager - Activation at BRITA Group and as a Brand Manager for Black & Decker and Pigeon Kitchen Appliances and Cookware at Stovekraft Private Limited.

He also has experience as a Brand Manager and Managing Director at Stovekraft Private Limited, demonstrating his expertise in brand management and strategic leadership.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Kushagra Gupta has a background in charitable work, having served as the Managing Director of I-Kiran Foundation Charitable Trust.
