Worked closely with DMD clients to deliver high-end, custom websites tailored to the client's business. Independently built a clone of TradeMe.co.nz, New Zealand's most popular auction website, which was then resold to various clients worldwide to accommodate specific niche markets. Spent three weeks in Morocco training staff and launching the auction website for a group of local investors.

Designed internal web applications that improved tasks and communication between Development and QA teams. Developed a Perl script to control the build process, eventually automating a wide variety of software processes throughout the company. Took on the responsibility of migrating all ISS projects to a new source control management system, which then gave rise to leading a training course for 200 employees in Atlanta (USA) and Reading (UK).
