Thomas Jameson is a Galvanize alumni and a front-end and full-stack developer with a background in environmental studies and horticulture. Before venturing into tech, Jameson worked in sales, forklift driving, and production management in the horticultural industry. After five years of experience, he decided to upskill and enrolled in a web development program at Galvanize in San Francisco. There, he learned web development fundamentals such as HTML, CSS, and Javascript, as well as Node.js, Express.js, and Postgresql. Jameson's aptitude and interest in coding lead him to self-learn React.js and create his own app, bandwagon-plus.herokuapp.com. Now, he is seeking an entry-level position in front-end or full-stack development in the San Francisco Bay Area.
